Polter

Running Claude Code, Codex, and other AI CLIs side by side, I kept hitting two problems: an agent quits mid-task, and sub-agents fudge their status reports. Polter is a Ghostty fork with an MCP layer where one AI CLI supervises the others — opening tabs, assigning tasks, and reading their screens. Workers report into a group chat and shared task list. If a worker stalls, the supervisor is notified; if the supervisor goes quiet, Polter nudges it too. Fully offline, no accounts, MIT licensed.
