Before an agent calls a tool, it verifies a signed passport, checks revocation, applies local policy, and confirms payment safety — with no human in the loop. Four tiers (register, wallet signature, GitHub claim, on-chain USDC stake) let tools earn trust and unlock escrow-protected jobs. Open source, built on Base.
