Metis is an open-source CLI that scaffolds and evolves local development environments for RAG, Agents, and MCP. It handles Docker, dependencies, environment configuration, vector databases, Redis, project metadata, health checks, and safe capability addition so developers can spend less time wiring setup and more time building AI functionality.
