It is surprisingly difficult to search accurately on TikTok, Instagram, and even YouTube. I mean actually finding what you're looking for based solely on the visual content of videos, with results ranked by how prominently the requested content appears. The current video search mechanisms don't return what the user is looking for. By factoring in things like tags, descriptions, content production stats, engagement, etc., they skew results: top-rank are not top-relevant! RHISEARCH fixes all this.
