BounceBox

BounceBox turns forwarded order emails into clean, structured data. Distributors and wholesalers forward POs, invoices and order confirmations to a dedicated inbound address; an AI pipeline extracts line items, totals and units, matches them to your SKU catalog with confidence scores, and delivers via webhook, reply email or Zapier. Unlike generic email parsers, BounceBox is built for order workflows: per-mailbox rules, one inbound address per workflow, and human review before delivery.
