I'm building DreamClerk (dreamclerk.com) — a career simulation where you apply, get AI-interviewed, ship real code in a browser IDE, and leave with a cryptographically signed work record instead of a certificate. The problem: freshers can't get hired without experience, can't get experience without being hired. Courses give you diplomas. Recruiters want signal — did you ship under pressure?
