Lipflow is silent dictation for you. Hold a key, mouth the words with no sound, let go, and the text appears at your cursor in any app. It uses only your webcam, with no microphone. It trains a lip-reading model on your face, with optional LLM cleanup for look-alike words. Whisper mode adds audio, cutting word errors from 31.9% to 6.9% on test sentences. MIT licensed.
