Aftercare Mandate

Aftercare Mandate is a merchant workspace for customer-authorized returns, warranty claims, and cancellations. The customer freezes the merchant, subject, action, requested outcome, and expiry. A delegate can submit only that exact request. The merchant proposes a resolution, and the customer alone approves or declines it. It records authorization and acceptance; it does not execute refunds, shipments, cancellations, warranty decisions, or payments.
