PosturePerfect is a desktop application that monitors sitting posture in real-time. By observing body alignment, the app identifies when a user slumps or maintains a poor ergonomic position and provides immediate notifications for correction. The application tracks sitting habits over time, providing data on posture trends throughout the day. It also includes scheduled reminders for stretching and a Meeting Mode that suspends alerts during video calls to avoid interruptions.
